My experience led me to my independent agency.

One of the reasons I wanted to own an independent insurance agency stemmed from an accident I was in. A woman ran a red-light and t-boned the vehicle my daughter and I were in. Until this accident, I had always done business over the phone or online. My own experience of dealing with the confusion of insurance, inspires me now to help my own clients. I don’t want my clients to feel left out in the cold. I want them to understand their coverages and the protection they provide.

Over ten years of insurance industry experience.

Not long after my accident, I got my first job in the insurance industry. During my time as a captive agent, I worked with GEICO, Allstate, County Financial, and State Farm. I worked for Abbey Insurance as an independent agent until 2019 when I left to run a location where I sold storage buildings, gazebos, and playhouses.

What I want my customers to know.

I want every customer to have a great experience when they come to my agency. I want my customers to know that Palmetto Insurance Sales, LLC values a blend of attentiveness and caring in our customer service. I want my customers to understand what coverage is essential and why it is crucial. I want to be an educator and facilitator to those who want to protect their assets, family, and themselves. I want to be the trusted family advisor I needed but did not have when I was in my accident.
